摘要本论文以从剩余污泥中提取得到的 EPS 为原料,采用氯化血红素为催化剂,制备得 到了 EPS/PANI 复合材料。扫描电镜显示,这种复合材料的表面粗糙,这就为染料的吸附 提供了很好的可能性; X 射线衍射图显示其拥有 EPS 和聚苯胺主要的反射角(2θ= 20。1, 30。4 和 45。6)。研究表明,该复合材料可以有效吸附去除水中存在的甲基橙等有机染料。 EPS/PANI 复合材料的投加量、吸附反应时间、染料的初始浓度、溶液 pH 和溶液中存在 的无机离子等因素对染料的去除率有一定影响。EPS/PANI 复合材料吸附平衡数据可以与 Freundlich 等温曲线模型很好地吻合,吸附动力学过程遵从准二级速率方程。傅里叶变换 红外光谱,单因素影响实验和解吸附等研究证明氨基和羟基均参与了染料的吸附作用。 这些结果表明 EPS/PANI 复合材料作为一种去除染料甲基橙的吸附材料是合适的。76824

Title The Biomimetic Preparation of EPS/PANI and its Application
Abstract An eco-friendly polymer composite (EPS/PANI) prepared from extracellular polymeric substances and polyaniline by enzyme Hemin method was investigated to remove methly orange from aqueous solution as an adsorbent。 Scanning electron microscopygragh showed that the surface of the composite was so rough that can provide a large number of binding sites for dye adsorption。 X-ray diffraction of the composite showed the main reflections of both extracellular polymeric substances and polyaniline(2θ= 20。1,30。4 and 45。6)。 It was discovered that the dosage of EPS/PANI,the adsorption reaction time,the initial concentration of MO,the pH of the solution and inorganic ions dissolved in the solution all had an effect on the removal of MO。 Freundlich model and pseudo second-order rate expression showed satisfactory fit to the equilibrium adsorption data of EPS/PANI composite。 Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,single element experiment and desorption experiment confirmed the involvement of amino and hydroxyl groups in dye adsorption。The results indicate that the EPS/PANI composite is suitable as an adsorbent for the removal of methyl orange from aqueous solution。
