摘 要随着经济的发达,人们对饮食的要求越来越高了,但是有些不合理的加工或生产,给消费者带来了极大的伤害及疾病。比如丙烯醛中毒。丙烯醛是一种强刺激性挥发性气体,人体可通过消化系统,呼吸系统,皮肤黏膜等多种方式接触。吸入丙烯醛容易引起流泪,眼痛,头晕,头疼,呼吸困难等症状。需要利用ACR的活性抑制剂来降低其毒性,而发现植物提取物也是有效的抑制剂之一,因此,本实验尝试使用植物多酚(氧化白藜芦醇)来降低ACR毒性。氧化白藜芦醇是天然多酚类化合物,来源于葡萄(红葡萄酒)、桑椹等植物。氧化白藜芦醇是一种生物性很强的天然多酚类物质,是肿瘤的化学预防剂。本实验以氧化白藜芦醇为植物多酚代表,利用SDS-PAGE电泳法与western blot法,高效液相色谱法进行了蛋白毒性的检测与氧化白藜芦醇对丙烯醛的直接清除能力的实验,证明了氧化白藜芦醇对蛋白质有保护作用。89032
With the economic development, people are increasingly demanding the diet, but some unreasonable processing or production, to the consumer has brought great harm and disease。 Such as acrolein poisoning。 Acrolein is a strong irritating volatile gas, the body through the digestive system, respiratory system, skin and mucous membranes and other means of contact。 Inhalation of acrolein easily lead to tears, eye pain, dizziness, headache, difficulty breathing and other symptoms。 The use of acrolein activity inhibitors to reduce toxicity, and found that plant extracts is also one of the effective inhibitors, therefore, this experiment attempts to use plant polyphenols (Oxyresveratrol) to reduce acrolein toxicity。 Oxidized Oxyresveratrol is a natural polyphenolic compound derived from grapes (red wine), mulberry and other plants。 Oxidation of Oxyresveratrol is a highly biologically natural polyphenols and is a chemotherapeutic agent for tumors。 In this study, Oxyresveratrol was used as a representative plant polyphenol, SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and western blot method and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to detect the protein toxicity and the ability of Oxyresveratrol to remove acrolein directly。 It was proved that Oxyresveratrol had protective effect on protein
