摘要本试验以产自海南的火龙果果皮为原料,研究了以纯水、95%乙醇、乙酸乙酯、正己烷为溶剂的火龙果皮提取液的抑菌活性,选取了四个常见的食品致病菌进行试验研究:金黄色葡萄球菌(革兰氏阳性菌)、枯草芽孢杆菌(革兰氏阳性菌)、大肠杆菌(革兰氏阴性菌)、白色念珠菌(真菌)。76615
实验结果表明,火龙果皮的水、95%乙醇、乙酸乙酯、正己烷提取液对细菌、真菌都有一定的抑制效果。水提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用更显著,抑菌率为(12。0%±3。0%);乙醇提取物、正己烷提取物均对大肠杆菌有显著的抑制作用,相比而言,正己烷提取物的抑菌作用更显著,抑菌率为36。9%;乙酸乙酯提取物、正己烷提取物在最大浓度(10mg/ml)时对白色念珠菌均有显著的抑菌作用。通过高效液相色谱分析可知,水提取物中含有咖啡酸、表儿茶素和 4-羟基桂皮酸;乙醇提取物中含有绿原酸、p-香豆酸、根皮苷;乙酸乙酯提取物中含有丁香苷、原花青素B2;正己烷提取物中含有丁香苷、槲皮素。
Abstract Pitaya Peel(from Hainan) was chosen as materials of study in this research。Extract of Pitaya Peel by water, 95% ethanol, ethyl acetate and n-hexane was tested for its antimicrobial activity。Four soecies of common food contaminating microorganisms were used astested microorganism: Staphylococcus aureus (gram-positive bacteria), Bacillus subtilis (gram-positive bacteria), Escherichia coli (gram negative bacteria), Candida albicans (fungus)。
The experimental results show that: extract of Pitaya peel had inhibitory effect on bacteria, fungi。Extract of water whose inhibition rate was(12%±3%) had more sighificant inhibitory effecct to staphylococcus aureus。 inhibition rate。 Ethanol extract and n-hexane extract have significant inhibitory effect on escherichia coli,and the bacteriostatic action of n-hexane extracts which was 36。9% was more prominent。 Ethyl acetate extracts and hexane extracts at the maximum concentration (10mg / ml), the Candida albicans were significantly inhibited。 Analysis by HPLC shows that water extract contains caffeic acid, epicatechin and 4-hydroxy cinnamic acid。 Ethanol extract contains chlorogenic acid, p-coumaric and phlorizin。 Ethyl acetate extract contains syringin and procyanidin B2。 Hexane extract contains cloves glycosides and quercetin。
