摘要： 在企业的发展历程中，信息资源的管理模式从传统管理、技术管理和信息资源管理，逐渐演变为当今电子时代的网络信息资源管理。由于当代企业面对的的生存环境竞争更加激烈，所以建立合适的信息管理系统也就成为企业开展各类业务的关键，信息管理系统不仅可以为企业提供商务活动中的运作手段，还可以使企业获得强大的信息资源支持。开发知识、合理利用信息资源成俨然已成为这个时代的标志，在这样的背景下，建立信息管理系统俨然已是企业在生产、经营过程中的重要环节，本课题就企业在信息管理系统的建设与应用等方面的问题进行研究探讨，以期为我国企业的发展提供更加有效的参考建议。83715

Information Management in The Electronic Age

Abstract：In the enterprises development，the management mode of information resources，contains traditional management，technology management and information resources management，is transferring into today's electronic age of network information resource management。Due to the living conditions of the contemporary enterprises face more competitions，setting up appropriate information management system has become the key to carry out all kinds of businesses。 The management information system is not only can provide enterprises with business activities in the operationmeans，but also can make the enterprises obtain strong support of information resources。To develop knowledge and use information resource rationally has become a sign of this age。 Under this background，build an information system has already become a link in the process of enterprises in the production and management。 In this paper，we analyze and discuss the issue of the construction and application in the information management system，so as to provide more effective reference suggestions  of the development of China's enterprises。
