摘要学校体育是终身教育的一种形式，通过体育教学来培养学生对体育运动的兴趣，得到更火的体育锻炼机会，以积极乐观的心态投入到其他方面的学习。体育教学与其他教学一样，也是一种教学过程，必须遵循教学规律，才能收到预期效果。86444

本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法，对长沙市宁乡县农村中学体育教学现状进行调查研究，得出以下结论：宁乡县农村中学体育教师性别比例不协调、教师年龄过高、教师的更新换代遇到问题；学生参与体育活动热情不高、项目较少、参与时间和频率相对较少；场地器材不足，资金投入不够等情况。通过结论给出以下建议：调动学生体育学习积极性，激发学生体育学习的热情；充实和稳定体育教师队伍；重视农村体育教师的继续教育，加强教师培训工作；挖掘现有资源，改善物质条件。

In this paper, the use of literature, interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and other methods, the status quo in Changsha Ningxiang County rural middle school PE conduct research, the following conclusions: Ningxiang County Rural Middle School Physical Education Teachers uncoordinated sex ratio teacher of age is too high, the upgrading of teachers experiencing problems; students to participate in sports enthusiasm is not high, fewer projects, relatively little time and frequency of participation; lack of venues and equipment, insufficient capital investment and so on。 Conclusions given by the following recommendations: mobilize the enthusiasm of PE learning to stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning sports; sports teachers enrich and stability; importance of continuing education of PE teachers in rural areas, strengthen teacher training; the existing resources, improve the material conditions。
