摘要跳深练习是力量练习中的一种常用的肌肉超等长练习,而且很多教练员和学者都认为这种练习能够有效地提高运动员腿部弹跳能力和爆发力 ,因此将其作为在训练中经常采用的手段。本研究以浙江省浙江省萧山中学,长河高中,杭十一中,陈经纶少体校的20名跳跃队男队员为受试对象,分成实验组和对照组进行为期10周的弹跳力训练。其中实验组主要采用的是跳深练习,对照组主要采用全蹲练习进行训练。在实验前后分别对实验组和对照组进行立定跳、立定摸高和30米快速跑训练的测试,从而反映两种训练方法的效果。其结果表明跳深练习的强制退让离心收缩及高强度克制性特点,其工作的特点有助于运动员下肢快速力量,不仅可以快速提高机体动态起跳能力,也可以对快速机体静态起跳的能力有帮助等等,跳深练习对青少年运动员下肢快速力量素质的提高有明显作用,也能直接提高其专项的运动能力。90178
Abstract Jump deep practice is a kind of common muscle strength exercises in plyometric exercises, and many coaches and scholars believe that this practice can effectively improve the athletes' leg jumping ability and explosive force, so it is often used in training as a means of。 In this study, Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang province Xiaoshan River middle school, high school, Hangzhou eleven, Chenjingguanzhongxue youthsportsschools 20 team jump male players as subjects, pided into experimental group and control group for spring training for 10 weeks。 The experimental group was mainly used for deep jump exercise, while the control group was mainly used to practice the squat。 Before and after the experiment, the experimental group and the control group were tested by standing jump, standing touch high and 30 meter fast running training, so as to reflect the effect of the two training methods。 The results show that the depth jump forced eccentric contraction and high strength restraint characteristics, characteristics of the work will help athletes lower limb fast strength, not only can improve the dynamic jumping ability of body, can also be of help fast body static jump, jump deep practice of young athletes lower limb strength quality enhancement fast obviously, can directly improve the athletic ability of the specialized。
