摘要 散打侧踹腿以直线腿法、速度快、力量大、不易防守和进攻距离大为技术特点。本文是分析散打侧踹腿技术动作的结构与要领,从提膝、翻胯、踹击、收回四个阶段进行分析。根据动作各阶段的需要,结合身体素质中力量训练、速度训练以及核心训练来提高运动员侧踹腿技术。如提膝这阶段文中结合力量训练中的蹬台阶训练、速度训练中的快速提膝;再比如踹击这阶段文中结合力量训练中的单腿半蹲蹬台阶、速度训练中的快速踹击训练以及动态训练的十字交叉练习。最后根据提高侧踹腿完整技术动作,结合当下前沿的散打训练理论,总结归纳出有参考价值的训练方法,以便为今后散打侧踹腿训练中提供依据。85167
Abstract
The technical characteristics of the side kick are mainly about straight leg,speed, strength,uneasy to defend and long attack distance。 This paper focus on analyzing the structure and the main points of the technical action of side kick during free combat, it goes based on four aspects:knee, the hip, the kick, the recovery。 According to the needs of the different levels of the movement, combined with physical strength training, speed training and core training to improve the technology of the athlete's side kick。 For example,in the level of knee lift, the fast step knee training, speed training and strength training in this stage; Another example like the hammer kick with fast single leg squat step speed training, strength training and training on dynamic cross training。 Finally, according to the improvement of the technical side leg kick, combined with the current theory of Sanda training, summed up the reference value of the training methods, in order to provide a basis for the future of Sanda leg kick training。
