This paper argues that universities in competitive sports team management should further clarify the target location, the layout of the overall planning project to strengthen high-level coaches team building, improve the existing high-level athletes enrollment, learning, training, management system design and system constructionto achieve the integration of sports and education sector training system.

Specific building level in college, the university competitive sports teams development system of the building should include covering schools, coaches, athletes incentives; complete independence and autonomy of the Enrolment System; school year competition cycle, as the main inpidual competition.to colleges and universities as the participating units developed by each inpidual SF contest system of training college characteristics, contests system; complete the basic studies in the protection of athletes, reached on the basis of the undergraduate level, the coordination of competition, training culture and educationsystem; covering the entrance and process the two parts of the complete supervision and management system.
