摘要在新中国成立初期，我国社会政治、经济、文化的发展水平要求我国体育事业需要有具有自己特色的体育体制，即举国体制。其具有政治化、国家化，政府计划主导，聚集全国资源等特点。几十年来，我国竞技体育的举国体制经历了形成阶段、磨合与发展阶段、全面发展与改革阶段的发展，推动了国家体育事业取得了长足进步，迅速提升了我国竞技体育水平。然而，虽然举国体制的建立有其历史必然性，且有效提高了我国竞技体育水平，但是在新形势下仍然暴露诸多问题，亟待完善与发展。鉴于此，结合我国竞技体育面临的国内外新形势及现存问题，本文提出从利益协调，体制创新与转变、资源配置与运用、项目均衡发展等方面对我国现有体制进行完善，以促进我国竞技体育事业的持续发展。61147

Title  The whole nation system of competitive sports in China                                                  

Abstract Shortly after the founding of new China, the level of development of culture of our country, economic, social and political requirements of sports in our country needs to have its own sports system, namely the whole nation system. It has political, national, government leading, characteristics of aggregate national resources. For decades, China's sports system experienced the formation stage, development stage, run-in with all-round development and reform stage, promoted the national sports industry has made considerable progress, the rapid increase of China's competitive sports level. However, while the state system has its historical inevitability, and effectively improve the level of competitive sports, but still exposed many problems in the new situation, to improve and development. In view of this, combined with the face of China's competitive sports new situation at home and abroad and the existing problems, this paper puts forward from the coordination of interests, to improve the existing system of our country system innovation and change, resource allocation and utilization project, balanced development, in order to promote the sustainable development of sports industry in china.
