摘要礼治是在西周时期被建立起来的，历史上有周公“制礼作乐”这样的说法，但是到了春秋时期，西周建立起来的礼治却遭到巨大的破坏，出现了“礼崩乐坏”的现象。本文以孔子时代为背景对礼治思想进行研究。孔子把恢复周礼视为己任,不但继承了西周时期的礼治思想,还提出“仁”的思想,把两者结合起来,也就形成了孔子的礼治思想。孔子提出的礼治主要以血缘关系为基础，以道德情感为纽带，以君子为主体，以教化为手段。在主张礼治的同时也主张德治。现代社会价值取向更趋于复杂和多元。人在变得更加理性的同时，同时也更加物欲化，在一定程度上出现了人文精神的弱化和道德的下滑。这样就迫切需要一种理论指引我们重新步人正常的发展轨道。孔子的礼治思想提倡人际和谐，有利于和谐社会及新型世界秩序的建立。86433

孔子礼治思想研究——以《论语》为中心的考察

0 引言

古代中国是一个礼治社会。在中国礼治社会形成的过程中，孔子（前551—前479年，名丘，字仲尼）起到了十分重要的作用。近代以来，伴随着传统社会结构的瓦解，礼治zhuyi也逐渐从社会的前台隐退，成为一种影响人们生活方式的潜在因素。从这个意义上来说，研究孔子的礼治思想，不仅有利于理解中国传统政治文化，而且有助于理解当前的中国政治文化与社会心理。非但如此，工业文明和商品经济在带来极为丰富的物质文明的同时，也造成了整个社会的物欲横流，人成了欲望的奴隶。因此，研究孔子的礼治zhuyi，对推动人的全面发展以及社会和谐，有着极为重要的现实意义。基于以上的认识，本文以“孔子礼治思想”为研究对象，由于孔子的思想主要集中在《论语》中，因此本文将以《论语》为最基本的文献，梳理孔子的礼治思想，并发掘其理论意义与现实价值。
