摘要作为婚嫁习俗之一,彩礼,它的历史可是很久远。直到现在的进步社会这种习俗依然存在。 伴随社会进步、经济飞跃，彩礼相关纠纷在社会中也多了，这需要我们去想办法解决。而目 前为止，有关彩礼的各种法律法规在我国比较笼统，这便促使在实务界的评判标准不一，于 是就损害了当事人的相关权益。为了更加促进社会主义的司法进步，笔者准备从有关彩礼的 概述，历史发展过程，性质等方面着手论述，得出笔者的观点。通过笔者的阐述，希望可以 给社会上有关彩礼纠纷的问题提供参考建议，从而促进社会主义司法进步，促进社会主义和 谐发展。89154
