摘要船舶轴系的扭转振动是影响船舶能否安全运行的重要因素。轴系扭振计算不仅对 于船舶安全性以及船舶故障的判断具有很重要的意义,并且是船舶推进轴系设计、制 造、安装和检验必不可少的环节,保证了船舶动力装置的安全运转。船舶轴系振动对 轴系各个轴承载荷造成影响,会造成柴油机、传动装置、传动轴等部件的故障以及尾 轴的损坏。这些都对船舶运行的安全造成影响,因此,轴系的振动计算已经成为业内 十分关注的问题。从 19-20 世纪,许多轴系断裂事件的发生以及分析这一问题的文章的出现,人们对轴系扭振的了解也越加深入。到了 20 世纪中期,对于扭转振动的研究 更加重视和纯熟,并且成为内燃机研究的重要内容。也不断涌现了许多对于扭振计算 的新的方法和措施。81554
现在船舶轴系的扭转振动计算方法已经比较成熟,国内外的人员在很长的一段时 间内对此做了研究,但最近几年,计算机技术发展迅速,柴油机的发展 也日新月异, 不断出现了新的扭振计算问题。本文主要研究了船舶轴系的扭振计算,并通过程序完 成自由振动和强迫振动计算,并进行扭振计算分析。以 2400DWT 化学品船为例,进行 当量系统处理,计算轴系的扭转振动参数进行分析,验证程序的可行性。并给出减振 避振的方案。

Abstract Torsional vibration of marine shafting is an important factor to affect the safe operation of the ship。 Shafting torsional vibration calculation not only for the safety of the ship and ship fault judgment has very important significance, and ship propulsion shafting design, manufacture, installation and test of essential link, to ensure the safe operation of the ship power plant。 The vibration of ship shafting affects the load of each bearing, which can cause the failure of the diesel engine, the transmission device, the transmission shaft and other parts。 All of these have an impact on the safety of the ship's operation。 Therefore, the vibration of the shafting has become a very concerned problem in the industry。 From 19th century and 20th century, many of shaft rupture events occurred and the emergence of the problem of the analysis, people's understanding of torsional vibration of shaft system more deeply。 By the middle of twentieth Century, to pay more attention to the research of torsional vibration and skillful, and become an important content of the research of internal combustion engine。 A number of new methods and measures for the calculation of torsional vibration are also emerging。
Now ship shafting torsional vibration calculation method is relatively mature, domestic and foreign personnel in a long period of time did a study of this, but in recent years, the development of computer technology rapidly, the rapid development of the diesel engine, the emerging new calculation of torsional vibration problems。 This paper mainly studies the calculation of torsional vibration of ship shafting, and the calculation of free vibration and forced vibration by program。 Taking the 2400DWT chemical tanker as an example, the equivalent system is processed, the torsional vibration parameters of the shafting are calculated and compared with the original calculation report to verify the feasibility of the program and method。 And the solution of vibration isolation and vibration reduction is given。
