摘 要作业本公益协会成立于2013年，在由社会慈善人士大藏布先生在新浪微博发起的一项公益活动后成立的。随着协会的不断发展，公益项目的管理变得日益繁重，伴随着大量的手工重复劳动，信息化进程缓慢，在此需求基础上，本文着重围绕作业本公益协会公益项目展开该协会项目管理信息系统的分析和设计。论文从业务的角度，采用访谈、问卷、实践观察的调查方法，对该公益协会各项工作的现状进行了了解、梳理和分析，针对各类用户角色的业务需求，进行了需求建模，描述了业务流程及相应的数据处理流程。同时，对该系统进行了系统设计，给出了相应四个功能模块的功能结构设计、数据库设计。最后，论文对系统开发的几种可选方案做了对比分析，给出了最终开发方案的选择和建议。86531

Analysis and design on the management information system for the ‘exercise-book’ Public Welfare Association

Abstract‘Exercise-book’ public welfare association was founded in 2013, after a public welfare event in sina weibo, launched by Mr DaZangbu from social charity。 With the continuous development of association, the public project management becomes increasingly heavy, accompanied by great manual and repetitive work。The process of information technology application was slow。 Based on these requirements, this paper focuses analyzed and designed its corresponding project management information system。 From the perspective of business operations, the paper used the fact-finding techniques of interview, questionare, and practicing observation to investigate the existing work of the association, user types, their requirements, the did the requirements modeling to describe the business processes and the data flows。 At the same time, the system is designed with its structure and its database for the four functional modules。 Finally, several alternative solutions of system development are compared, and the selection and suggestion of the final development plan are given。
