Abstract The only thing, which can’t be changed by man, is time。 One cannot get back time lost or gone。 Nothing can be substituted for time。 Time management is actually self-management。 The skills that people need to manage others are the same skills that are required to manage themselves。 This study aims to investigate the current time management situation among senior high school students and examine whether time management skill training can effectively enhance their time management ability and have effects on students’ English academic performance。 In this experimental research, 6 classes (N=252) students from Huzhou senior high school which is a key high school in Zhejiang province were randomly selected from each grade。 They were pided into two groups- experimental group and control group。 Then, all the participants completed academic time management questionnaire scale for high school students in pre-test phase。 The participants of experimental group received time management training designed by researchers in 3 months, while the control group participants remained the same as before。 In the post-test, participants completed academic time management questionnaire scale once again。 And we collect their English grades once again。 Data were analyzed with SPSS (version 16)。 The results show that totally speaking, high school students’ time management skill was at the level of middle class。 Senior high school students’ time management skill in the category of time attitudes was at the highest level and time management skill in the category of short-range time planning was at the lowest level。 There were no obvious differences among three grades。  After a three-month time management skill training, experimental group students’ time management skill and English academic achievement were both improved。 So we come to the conclusion that time management is a significant factor in senior high school students’ English academic achievement and time management skill training can effectively enhance senior high school students’ time management ability。88073

时间管理技能训练对高中生英语学业成绩的影响研究

摘  要人类所不能改变的唯一的事,就是时间。我们不能将丢失或已逝的时间追回。时间是无可代替的。时间管理实际上就是自我管理。人们需要的管理他人的技能也是管理自己所需的技能。本研究旨在调查高中生时间管理现状,以及时间管理技能训练能否有效提高高中生时间管理能力,对高中生的英语学业成绩产生影响。本研究针对浙江省的一个重点高中---湖州中学进行调查,随机抽取了三个年级中的六个班(共252名)高中生,分成实验组和对照组,采用编制的高中学生时间管理量表对目标学生进行了前测。随后对实验组的学生进行为期三月的自制的时间管理训练,对照组保持不变。再用高中学生时间管理量表对参与学生进行后测。并再次收集其英语成绩。所得数据将由SPSS(16。0)进行分析。结果表明:总体来说,高中生的时间管理处于中等水平,在时间态度方面水平最高,在短期时间管理方面水平最低。在时间管理方面,三个年级之间没有显著差异。经过为期三月的时间管理技能训练,实验组学生的时间管理技能和英语学业成绩都有所提高。因此,我们得出结论:时间管理是影响高中生英语学习成绩的一个重要因素,时间管理技能训练能有效提高高中生时间管理能力以及英语学业成绩。源-于,优W尔Y论L文.网wwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
