1。 Introduction From~优E尔L论E文W网wWw.YoUeRw.com 加QQ7520.18766
Time which is everywhere is a constant resource。 The ability to schedule time to complete the task is known as time management。 The interest in time management is not a new subject。 (Mackenzie, 1972; Mccay,1959) In today’s accelerated pace of life and increased time pressure, time management gained more and more attention in our life。 It seems more important for us to be able to arrange the time reasonably。 The management of time is a basic factor in successful learning and life, and also a skill that students must master。 Inadequate time planning reduces the scope of academic achievement, causes insufficient time allocation for other personal and social activities, and decreases inpidual satisfaction (Gran-Moravec and Hughes, 2005; Karaoglan, 2006)。 Time management is a learnable ability that can be developed through increased knowledge, training or deliberate practice at any age, if the person desires to improve the results of his actions。 Studies showed that students were much more motivated if they can solve the assignment in a personal rhythm。 (Magher et al, 2005)。 Senior high school students are at a critical time to develop time management ability。 Learn to use and manage their own time efficiently has a significant impact on high school students' academic performance and life development。 So there is a tremendous need to improve students’ time management ability。
