4。 Similarities in English and Chinese Grammar
Although English and Chinese belong to different language families, if it is language acquisition, it must have something in common。 After investigation, most of the middle school students in China regard Chinese as their native language, and English as their second language。 It is inevitable that their English acquisition will be influenced by Chinese。 Combining English and Chinese grammar, using contrastive analysis and interlingual positive transfer, this chapter will systematically elaborate the generalities (the same or similar aspects) of English and Chinese grammar, to pave way for English grammar teaching in middle school。 The following is about the analysis of similarities in morphology and syntax。
