Abstract Motivation is the psychological disposition which triggers and maintains the activities of human。 As an important nonintellectual factor in study, learning motivation restricts the effort a student spares and influences his/her initiative and efficiency of learning。 Learning motivation is affected by various factors, such as psychology, environment。 Even the teaching attitudes and teaching methods can have an impact on students’ learning motivation to certain degree。 A sufficient learning motivation could not merely arouse enthusiasm of students and engage them in class activities positively, but also contribute to achieving maximum teaching effects。 Based on the practice of primary school English teaching, the strategies of stimulating the learning motivation in class is discussed in this paper。76492

摘要动机可以激励人们行动,是发动和维持活动的心理倾向。学习动机是影响学习的一个重要的非智力因素,它制约着学习者的努力程度,在很大程度上影响着学生能否主动地学习,并完成高效的学习任务。学习动机受到内在心理以及外部环境等诸多因素的影响,甚至教师的教学态度和教学方式也会在一定程度上影响学生的学习动机。只有充分激发学生的学习动机,才能调动学生学习的积极性,使学生积极参与到课堂活动中去,取得良好的教学效果。本文立足于小学英语课堂,探讨将激发学生学习动机作为主要教学任务合理的运用到小学英语教学中的策略,以期为教师运用有效的教学策略激发学生学习动机提供建议,使学生在学习英语的时候可以真正的成为学习的主人。
