From experts’ earlier studies, there are different factors affecting or driving the establishment and development of bilingual teaching。 For instance, teachers, teaching material, teaching management system, and others all can have impacts on bilingual teaching。 A scholar makes a conclusion that there are five main factors affecting or driving bilingual teaching。 The five factors are as follow。 Firstly, English teaching is time-consuming and low efficiency。 Secondly, English is the most important international language。 Thirdly, it is the need of improving the comprehensive national strength and international competition。 Fourthly, it is the need of local future development。 Finally, it is the need of the future development of students。
