摘 要由于中美两国的历史背景、宗教信仰、生活习惯、思维方式、道德及审美观等方面的不同,使得两国在文化上存在诸多差异。而传统节日是一个国家优秀文化积淀的产物,因此,在经济全球化的背景下,深入了解本国及外国的节日文化有着重要的意义。本文采用对比分析和文献资料分析的研究方法,探讨了一些有代表性的中美传统节日反映出的主要文化差异,如节日起源、节日习俗等,进而分析了造成这些文化差异的主要原因。最后指出在当代社会,中美传统节日文化有交融之处,因此,我们既要重视本国传统节日文化,又要从外来节日文化中取其精华,去其糟粕,以促进本国传统节日面向世界,走向未来。80204

Abstract Due to the differences of Chinese and American historical background, religious belief, life habit, ways of thinking, moral and aesthetic values and so on, cultural differences between the two countries have been caused in many aspects。 Since the traditional festival is a product of a nation’s outstanding cultural heritage, it is of great significance to thoroughly understand our native and foreign traditional festival culture against the background of globalization。 By adopting comparative analysis research method and bibliography data analysis method, the paper firstly discusses the major cultural differences of some representative Chinese and American traditional festivals, such as the origins, main customs and so on, and then analyzes the factors causing these differences。 It further points out that in contemporary society these traditional festival cultures are blended with each other, so close attention should be paid not only to conserving our native traditional festival culture, but also to absorbing the essence of foreign festival culture, and bypassing its dregs to bring our native traditional festival towards the world and to a better future。
