摘  要：笔者在实习过程中了解到，苏北多数学校关于民族器乐教育方面是欠缺的，中小学生就民乐知识及技能演奏方面是薄弱的。在多元文化发展的背景下，民族器乐越发不被重视，在这一情况下，中小学校应该怎样有序的开展器乐教学活动？本文就该问题展开调查，在笔者用走访及问卷的形式和《新音乐课程标准》等相关理论基础上，从苏北地区中小学民族器乐教育发展现状出发，论述在新课程标准的背景下，民乐教育在学校忽视、教学设施不齐全、师资匮乏的因素下，为改变民族器乐尴尬、滞后的现状，教育部门应该提高对民乐的重视度、完善器乐设施、加强师资建设等。73626

Abstract：The author in the internship process to understand the, most schools in North Jiangsu about national instrumental music education is the lack of, primary and secondary school students on folk music knowledge and skills play is weak。 In the context of multicultural development, national instrumental music more and more attention, in this case, how to carry out the teaching of instrumental music teaching activities in primary and secondary schools?
