摘 要：中国自古以来民族众多，文化灿烂。各具特色的地域文化应运而生，不同的地域文化有着不同的特征。现在中国处在一个物质和精神都飞速发展的时代，相对的人们也提高了对活动环境质量的要求。就饮食和餐饮空间的要求而言，人们对饮食的要求不光停留在对食物本身的“色、香、味、形”的要求，对好的就餐环境的需求也日益上升。因此，餐饮空间的设计从传统的地域文化出发，创造出以人为本的用餐环境，力求设计出的餐饮空间不仅能满足功能要求，更能满足人们日益增长的精神文化需求。为了体现出餐饮空间设计的有层次的文化内涵，我们必须对各种文化和背景都能有深刻的了解，并且熟悉它们所包含的特殊的意义。78543
