摘    要目的：通过调查网络环境下大学生健康信息搜寻行为的现状及存在的问题，分析其影响因素，提出可以帮助改善或提高大学生网络健康信息搜寻效率和满意度的建议。方法：采用自行设计的问卷，对杭州市599名大学生进行调查。对分类变量采取频数和构成比描述；对正态的连续性变量采取平均值及标准差进行描述；采用卡方分析不同人口学特征及外部影响因素下网络健康信息搜寻行为的差异；通过二分类Logistic回归分析大学生网络健康信息搜寻行为的主要影响因素。结果：杭州市大学生网络健康信息搜寻行为现状：26。5%的被调查者曾在网上进行过健康咨询；78。0%的被调查者通常在看医生前会提前在网上查一些相关健康信息。影响因素包括父亲的受教育程度、社会支持、健康网站推荐情况、搜寻健康信息的目的、搜寻信息过程中的困难、参加培训课程的意愿程度、健康信息是否有帮助、能否查到健康信息、健康信息的可靠性。结论：根据搜寻行为现状及影响因素提出以下建议：提高医务人员的自身素养；加强并完善健康网站的建设；建立权威健康信息评估平台；加强对网络健康信息的监管。88841
