摘要本研究以大学的大学生作为研究对象，通过大学生网络社会支持量表、UCLA 孤独感量表 和大学生网络利他行为量表进行调查研究。本研究探讨了大学生孤独感、网络社会支持以及网络利他行 为之间的关系，以及网络社会支持在孤独感和网络利他行为中的中介效应。结果表明:1）大学生网络社 会支持与网络利他行为具有显著的性别差异，都是男性显著高于女性；2）大一、大二和大四年级学生 的孤独感水平要显著要与大三年级学生的孤独感水平； 3）孤独感对网络社会支持及网络利他行为都 分别具有反向预测作用，网络社会支持对网络利他行为具有显著的正向预测作用；4）网络社会支持在 孤独感和网络利他行为中表现为完全中介作用，在孤独感和网络支持维度关系中表现为部分中介作用； 5)情感支持和社会成员支持在孤独感与网络利他行为关系中具有完全中介作用，信息支持和工具性支持 不存在显著的中介效应。89178

Abstract :The research object was selected from collage students of Hang This research adopted the online social support of university students questionnaire, UCLA loneliness scale and the Internet Altruistic Behavior Scare of Undergraduates。 This article discussed the associations among loneliness, online social support and online altruistic behaviors of collage students, and investigate the mediating effect of online social support between loneliness and online altruistic behavior。 The results showed that:1)There were significant gender differences in online social support and online altruistic behavior of collage students。 Boys’ are higher than girls’ in this two variables; 2)The loneliness of freshman, sophomore and senior students are significantly higher than junior students; 3)Loneliness significantly negatively predicted online social support and altruistic behavior respectively, and online social support significantly positively predicted online altruistic behavior; 4)Online social support played a complete role between the loneliness and online altruistic behavior, and played a partial role between loneliness and online support。 5)Emotional support and social network support played a complete role between loneliness and online altruistic behavior, and there is no significant mediating effect of information support and tangible aid。
