摘要目的:研究两种具有抑菌活性的含氟咔唑类化合物的急性毒性,比较它们的急性毒性并为进一步开发这两种化合物提供依据。方法:首先用微量肉汤二倍稀释法来测定该两种化合物的抑菌活性,然后利用DMSO、吐温-20溶解化合物14配制成混悬液,单纯DMSO溶解化合物15配制成溶液,分别给小鼠尾静脉注射,观察小鼠中毒表现及死亡情况。结果:抑菌试验证明该两种化合物均具有抑菌活性,小鼠尾静脉注射化合物14混悬液(剂量800mg/kg)未出现不良反应及死亡情况,其LD50>800mg/kg,急性毒性为低毒;注射化合15溶液(剂量3000mg/kg)未出现不良反应及死亡现象,其LD50>3000mg/kg,急性毒性为低毒。75033

Study On acute toxicity of two kinds of compounds with antibacterial activity
Abstract Objective: To study the acute toxicity of two fluorinated carbazoles with bacteriostatic activity。 we compare their acute toxicity and provide basis data for the further development of these two compounds。 Methods: First, we use the micro-broth dilution method to determine the antibacterial activity of the two compounds, and then use DMSO and Tween 20 to dissolve compounds 14 into suspension。 Compound 15 was dissolved in DMSO。 We injected the compounds through mice tail vein respectively, and observed toxic reaction and death of mice。 Results: Antibacterial test proved that the two compounds have antibacterial activity and injection of compound 14 (dose of 800mg / kg) did not cause adverse reactions and death, suggesting that its LD50>800mg/kg and its acute toxicity is very low; Injection of solution of compound 15 (at a dose of 3000mg/kg) did not cause adverse reactions and death phenomenon, suggesting that its LD50>3000mg/kg, and its acute toxicity is very low。
