摘要:这几年,科学技术大步向前,其中微电子技术更是日新月异,自动化控制的领域中的可编程技术被广泛运用,PLC以其独有的操作特点和性能的可靠,成了生活和生产控制不可缺少的一部分。70631
可编程控制器将传统的继电器-接触器控制、通讯、计算机技术等多种技术合而为一,工业控制促成了它的诞生,这种通用自动控制装置以其可靠性高、工作环境适应性强和使用性能方便的优点,使得自动化领域技术人员对其青睐有加。
本文设计了一种由PLC控制的运料小车,该小车能在装料站完成装料过程,然后根据5个卸料站点的呼叫信号运行到相应呼叫站点进行卸料,卸料完成之后返回装料站等候下一个信号。本文对小车的控制系统,其中包括硬件系统和软件系统进行了详细的设计,并采用三菱PLC编程软件GX Developer ,对系统程序进行了仿真分析。
