摘要随着经济的飞速发展,高层建筑越来越多,这使得电梯的作用显得愈加重要。电梯性能的好坏在其被广泛应用以后更加地与人民群众的安危紧密的联系在一起,因此提高整个电梯系统的性能是电梯事业发展道路上重要的一步,必须使电梯系统的运行做到既可以高效节能又可以安全可靠。这样的需求使得由PLC控制的电梯被普遍地使用。75151
可编程控制器(PLC)由于其很多优点所以成为了当代工业自动化的主要支撑之一。如今的高楼一般都用PLC控制的电梯,这样的电梯乘坐起来是相对舒服、安定、靠谱的。本次设计是用PLC来控制五层电梯的升降,详细讲述了PLC的发展、特点、基本结构等以及PLC在电梯控制系统中的应用。本文所用到的PLC是日本三菱电机有限公司的FX2N系列的。设计的程序要求完成电梯自动运行功能如下:内呼外呼信号的显示、多个信号同时时的顺序执行、电梯自动开关门、电梯上下行指示以及七段数码管显示楼层等。通过对整个控制系统在硬件方面和软件方面的设计,有效地分配调用电梯外呼和内呼的指令程序,然后经过合理的测试,以此来尽可能到达最为合理有效的五层电梯的仿真效果。

Programmable logic controller (PLC) has become one of the main pillars of modern industrial automation because of its many advantages。 Today, all kinds of high-rise buildings are generally controlled by the PLC elevator, so the elevator ride is relatively comfortable, stable, safe and reliable。 The design is to use PLC to control the operation of the five floor elevator, in detail about the development of PLC, features, basic structure, as well as PLC in the elevator control system。 The PLC used in this article is the MITSUBISHI motor company's FX2N series。 Design of the program requires the completion of the lift automatic operation functions are as follows: in call outbound signal display, multiple signals at the same time, the order of execution, elevator automatic open and close the door, elevators up and down the instructions and seven segment digital tube display floors。 The whole control system in hardware and software design, efficient allocation of car and outbound calls within a call instruction program and after correct debugging inspection, in order to as much as possible to achieve the most reasonable and effective of the five story elevator simulation effect。
