摘要:为了解决国内外,关于蠕变、持久、松弛的试验时间长,试验过程复杂,并且一般试验结果都是由一组试样的试验数据统计出来的,且周期很长,不能满足工作设计的规范,同时也减弱了实验的可靠性等问题,设计了蠕变试验机群控系统。本系统的实现方式为:蠕变试验机远程群控系统基于RS485通讯技术,将多台试验机的温度、位移、载荷等仪表、PLC控制器与工控机组成分布式控制系统,由一台工控机可控制多达32台试验机同时进行试验,实现试验参数设置、现场数据采集、载荷加载和自动调平控制等功能。基于ASP。NET开发的动态网页技术可以远程对本地系统实行监控以及实验数据的访问。蠕变试验机测控系统主要分为两级:第一级为本地测控系统,主要包括MR13温控仪、PLC控制器、AD转换模块、多串口卡和工控机。MR13温控仪、PLC控制器主要负责数据采集与处理;多串口卡负责远程采集、监控现场数据和发送指令。第二级为远程监控系统,利用TCP/IP通讯协议远程访问工控机数据库,实现对试验数据的远程获取与监控。77501

Design and implementation of Creep machine control system

Abstract:In order to solve the test time of creep, lasting and relaxation at home and abroad, the testing process is complex, and the general test results are determined by a set of test data of sample statistics, and the cycle is very long, obviously can not meet the design specifications, but also weaken the reliability problems, the design of creep testing machine the remote on-line control system based on Internet of things。 Implementation of this system is: 1: RS485 communication technology based on the creep testing machine remote group control system, multiple testing machine temperature, displacement, load meter, PLC controller and industrial computer distributed control system, a computer can control up to 32 test machine test carried out at the same time, realize the test parameters set, field data collection, loading and automatic leveling control etc。。 The dynamic web page technology based on ASP。NET can monitor the local system and access the experimental data remotely。 The measuring and controlling system of the creep testing machine is pided into two levels。 The first stage is the local measurement and control system, which mainly includes MR13 temperature controller, PLC controller, AD conversion module, multi serial card and industrial computer。 MR13 temperature controller and PLC controller are mainly responsible for data acquisition and processing。 Multi serial card is responsible for remote collection, monitoring of field data and sending instructions。 The second stage is remote monitoring system, and remote access and monitoring of test data are realized by remote access to industrial computer database by using TCP/IP protocol。
