摘要随着社会的不断进步、现代生产技术的发展、人工成本的上升及新一代劳动力制造业就业意愿的下降,我国制造业的国际竞争力受到了巨大制约,越来越多的工厂提出了机械换人的要求。实现制造业生产的自动化智能化已成为当今社会发展的主流趋势。79414
因此本文主要设计了一套工业卷边机智能上下料控制系统。首先了解系统控制要求并对系统进行了整体方案论证与确定,确立机械结构,电气控制模块、以及控制方法;其次,对控制系统进行流程图的绘制及程序的编写,采用西门子S7-200可编程控制器编写了上下料机械手的运动控制程序,通过步进电机、电磁吸盘、气缸以及机械装置等组成的自动控制系统来对卷边机进行准确的上下料控制,从而实现了工业卷边机自动上下料的要求。为了直观的获得机械手臂的一个运动过程,采用了触摸屏对控制系统进行实时监控同时也便于现场进行调试。
经过对本系统进行软硬件联合调试,该系统能够实现对卷边机快速准确的上料与下料、实时监控机械手的运动情况。测试结果表明此系统运行平稳,且上下料快速可靠,可实现工业生产的自动化,智能化。

In this paper, we design a set of automatic loading and unloading system for crimping machine。 Firstly, we should understand the system control requirements and determine the overall scheme and establish the mechanical structure, electrical control module, and the control method。 Secondly, we should draw the flow chart of control system and writ the program which is use the Siemens S7-200 PLC to write the manipulator of the up and down motion control program, and control the accurate loading crimping machine by automatic control system consisted of stepping motor, electromagnetic sucker, cylinder and mechanical devices。 with all of them, we can realize the requirements of industrial curling machine automatic up-down material。 Trying to get the mechanical arm of a visual motion process, we use the touch screen to carry on the real-time monitoring of the control system which also facilitate the scene debugging。
Through this system software and hardware joint debugging, the system can realize loading and discharge to the crimping machine Quickly and accurately and monitor the movements of the manipulator real-timely。 Test results show that the system runs smoothly, and up-down material quickly, realizing the automation as well as intelligent to industrial production。
