本文研究了基于 PLC 和力控的中央空调远程监控系统。在本地端,系统利用 PLC 和 7188E5 将传感器获取的模拟信号转换为数字信号传输到上位机,基于空调机组、松下 PLC、7188E5、HUB,PC 机等搭建空调远程监控系统,采用组态软件进行空调远程监控系统上位 机组态,实现空调机组各测点参数的监测,空调机组的运行状态,实时趋势,历史记录, 报表打印等功能;然后利用力控的 web 发布,将数据发布至网上。在远程端,分别基于 局域网和外网进行网络连接测试,用户使用浏览器与本地系统进行交互,控制末端设备。79507

Title Design And Realization Of Remote Monitoring System For Air Conditioning Unit
Abstract In this paper, the remote monitoring and controlling system of central air conditioning system based on PLC and Force control is studied。 In the local end, the system uses PLC, 7188E5 and sensors to obtain the analog signals, transform them to digital signals, and transmit them to PC through virtual ports 。The remote controlling system is built based on the air conditioning unit,Panasonic PLC,7188E5,HUB and PC。SCADA( Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is used for PC configuration to monitor the parameters。The operating state of the air conditioning unit,the history trend and real trend chart are shown。Reportforms can be printed。 Then, data is released to the web through the web server of Force control。 In the remote end, connection is tested respectively based on local area network and wide area network。sonic PLC programming software, Force control and browser。 The way Using Ethernet is compared with the way using wide area network。 The connection scheme of software is given。 Both local automation and remote monitoring of the central air conditioning are successfully performed。
