摘要随着经济全球化的发展,造船行业发展的越来越迅速,但同时船舶行业的竞争也越来越激烈。纵观整个船舶的设计和生产过程,管子的制造和加工对船舶的建造有很大的影响,因为船舶建造中管子的制造和安装工时占建造总公时很大的一部分,因此对管子加工车间的合理布局可以缩短整个船舶的建造周期,所以说管子加工车间是船舶建造流程中的一个特别重要的环节。80611

本文主要研究的是基于Plant-simulation的船舶管子加工作业优化技术,运用此技术可以对管子加工车间的流程做模拟,方便快捷的了解加工中可能会出现的问题,并运用现有的技术去优化,使管子加工车间在实际操作中避免此类问题。实际的试验往往要花费大量的人力、物力,运用此系统可以方便快捷的了解管子的加工进度和流程。

本文在Plant-simulation软件的基础上,通过加工一定数目的管子来发现了管子车间中存在的主要问题,并对问题进行了分析,通过增加工位等对其进行了优化,并通过增加管子数量来看优化是否合理。另外在管子加工过程中,本文阐述了以托盘为基本单位来实现管子的成组加工,同时又描述了管子加工中可能遇到的问题以及相应的解决方案,提出了管子加工车间的优化设计。用软件对优化后的管子加工车间进行仿真模拟,并根据仿真技术的结果对改进后的管子车间进行评价。

Abstract With the development of economic globalization, the development of the shipbuilding industry is becoming faster and faster。 At the same time ,the competition of shipbuilding industry is becoming fiercer and fiercer。 Throughout the process of ship’s design and manufacture, pipe’s manufacture and process has an important impact on the ship’s building。 Because the time of ship’s manufacture and installation accounts for a large part of the time of ship’s building, so the rational layout of pipe’s processing workshop can shorten the production cycle of the ship。 That is to say, pipe’s processing workshop is a special important link in ship building。

This topic focuses on the pipe’s processing operation optimization techniques based on the Plant-simulation。 Using this technology can simulate the process of pipe’s processing workshop, which can make us know the problems that may occur in processing quickly and conveniently。 We can use existing technology to optimize it in order to avoid such problems in pipe’s processing workshop in practice。 The actual experiment often need spend lots of manpower and material resources。 Using it can learn the pipe’s process conveniently and quickly。

This paper, based on the Plant-simulation, discovers the main problems existing in Pipe’s processing workshop by processing a certain number of pipes and analyze it。 We optimize it by increasing locations。 At the same time ,we  judge it whether reasonable or not by increasing the number of pipes。 In brief ,In the process of pipe’s processing,tube processing workshops, it describes to consider tray as the basic unit to carry out the pipe’s group processing, in the process of pipe’s processing, describes the possible problem in pipe’s processing and relevant solutions, put forward the optimization design of pipe’s processing workshops。 Using Plant-simulation to conduct analogue simulation suitable for optimized pipe and carries out evaluation for optimized pipes according to the results of simulation technology。
