摘要为改进并提高南京某企业的自动化水平,将手工装配方式提升到自动装配,本课题对塑料薄膜的烫印过程及切边过程的联动进行了程序的设计。本文的主要工作有以下几点:
(1)深入学习了自动控制系统的基本知识,了解了自动控制系统的结构。
(2)掌握了台达DVP-10PM PLC的工作原理和ASDA-B2伺服驱动器的位置控制功能,深入了解了台达ECMA伺服电机、磁性开关、光电开关、触摸屏等相关硬件设备的原理以及选用。
(3)通过学习掌握了PLC程序设计的一般方法,根据联动系统的工艺过程,使用台达PMSoft2。10软件编写出塑料薄膜自动装配机的程序。设计程序时,采用模块化设计的思想,主要设计了手动子程序、自动子程序、复位子程序以及保护子程序。其中在自动子程序中,加入并使用了滑动气缸功能块、气爪功能块、伺服电机回原位功能块以及伺服电机定位功能块四个功能块,来方便程序的修改和调用。82789

Title the PLC program design of linking three machines
Abstract To improve and enhance the automatic level of one enterprise in Nanjing,as well as to update the assembling pattern from handwork to automation,this paper make a procedure design of which links foil stamping process to trimming process of the plastic film。The main tasks of this paper include several points as follows。
(1) Thoroughly learning elementary knowledge of automatic control system and understanding its structure;
(2) Mastering the knowledge of the working principles of delta DVP-10PM PLC and the functions of positioning control of ASDA-B2 servo driver,acquainting the theories and choosing methods of such hardware equipment as delta ECMA servo driver,magnetic switch,photoelectric switch and touch screen and so on;
(3)After learning general approaches of PLC procedure programming,we use delta PMSoft2。10 software to design the programs of plastic film automatic assembling machine。While designing programs,we adopt modular design idea and mainly design four subprograms,including manual subprogram,automatic subprogram,resetting subprogram and protecting subprogram。Among these subprograms,automatic subprogram have four kind of function blocks to modify and call programs。It contains sliding cylinder function blocks,gripper function blocks,servo motor return blocks and servo motor positioning function blocks。
