Abstract Based on The Awakening and A Doll’s House, this thesis explores and studies two heroines from the feminist point of view。 The two heroines, Nora and Edna, demonstrate similar feminist qualities。 By staging an overall comparative analysis on the personality and tragic life of two protagonists from the perspective of feminism, it is founded that both of them are victims oppressed by the patriarchal system, but they both have feminine consciousness。 Besides, their complex and distinctive personalities  and different story settings are responsible for their rebellion, which leads to different endings。85673

摘要 本文从女性主义视角探讨和研究《觉醒》和《玩偶之家》中的两位女主人公所表现 出类似的女性特质。通过对两位主人公的人格和悲剧生活的全面对比分析，发现她们都 是男权制度压迫的受害者，她们都具有女性意识。然而，他们复杂而又独特的性格和不 同的故事设置，使他们的反抗的原因在许多方面不同，最终亦导致他们的结局有所不同。
