摘  要随着互联网日新月异的发展，网上购物也越来越火，网络食品销售一度有赶超实体店的趋势，然而，随着网上食品种类的日益繁多，网购食品质量问题也越来越明显。如何减少在线商家的假冒伪类行为，保障消费者所购食品的质量安全，促进整个网购市场良好有序的发展变得越来越迫切。86566

本文以网购食品质量研究的理论为基础，结合问卷调查的方法，就网购中食品的质量影响因素进行研究。首先，本文在阅读大量文献的基础上，结合国内外网购食品质量的监管现状和网购供应链的主体关系，找出了影响网购食品质量的相关主体因素，并进行了理论上的解释。其次，本文通过问卷调查收集数据，并对收集的数据进行统计分析最终得出卖方及食品信息介绍的详细程度、网络购物平台针对交易主体交易行为的监管机制、针对卖方和食品的评价机制以及政府监管机构的监管措施和制度对网购食品的质量作用显著。最后，本文结合研究得出的数据，对网购平台、政府监管机构以及卖方提出了相应的建议以提升网购食品的质量。

希望这样的研究及改进意见可以在一定程度上改善我国目前网购食品的质量安全问题，促进我国网购市场的良好有序发展。

Research on Quality Assurance Strategy of Online Food Quality and Safety 

Abstract Along with the rapid development of Internet, online shopping is becoming more and more popular。 network of food sales has the trend of catching up with the store, however, as the type of online food is different, food quality problems of online shopping is becoming more and more obvious。 How to reduce the phenomenon of fake and shoddy commodity online, to protect the quality and safety of food purchased by consumers, and promote the development of a good and orderly online shopping market is becoming increasingly urgent。

This paper is based on the theory of online shopping food quality research, combined with the method of questionnaire survey, and studies the factors influencing the quality of food in online shopping。 First of all, this paper is based on the review of related literature, combined with the main body relationship of the online shopping food quality supervision and supply chain at home and abroad to find out the factors that may affect, and make a theoretical explanation。 Secondly, through the questionnaire, this paper collects and analyzes the related data, and concludes that details of the seller and food information, online shopping platform for transactions supervision mechanism, regulatory measures and systems for the seller and food evaluation mechanism and government regulators have significant effects on the net purchase food quality。 Finally, based on the data obtained from the study, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of the online shopping system for the online shopping platform, the government supervision agencies and the sellers。 

I hope that such research and improvement suggestions to some extent can improve the quality and safety of food in China at present, and promote the good and orderly development of China's online shopping market。
