摘要高校女教师是拥有高级知识的妇女群体，对我国教育事业的发展起重要推动作用。但高校女教师的职业生涯发展仍然受到诸多限制，“玻璃天花板”现象严重。本文采用社会性别分析方法，以某高校的女教师为研究对象，调查该校女教师职业生涯发展的现状，探究其职业生涯面临的主要问题，分析产生这些问题的原因，在此基础上，运用职业生涯的基本理论，提出解决其职业生涯困境的对策，即从国家、社会、高校、女教师自身四个层面构建促进高校女教师职业生涯的保障体系，使其职业生涯得到充分发展。86753

Research on the Current Situation of Career of Female Teachers in Universities from the Perspective of Social Gender

—Taking a University as an Example

Abstract Female teachers in the universities, whom are highly intellectual women group, have played an important role to promote the development of college education。 However, the career development of university female teachers still faces much impediment, especially the phenomenon of glass ceiling。 Taking female teachers of one university as example, and taking the method of gender analysis, This article investigate the present situation of career development of university female teachers, explore the main problems of their career development, and analyze the major reasons。 And then, I adopt the basic theory of career to put forward to some solutions, such as building security system of development of female teacher’s career from four levels of nation, society, college and teachers respectively, and promote the development of their career。
