蒙牛牛奶的绿色生产现状分析和对策探讨

摘要本文首先对绿色生产的概念进行阐述，然后将绿色生产的方式应用于蒙牛牛奶的生产工程中。在分析蒙牛牛奶的绿色生产时，从奶源地，鲜乳的提取，工厂的平面布置和产品包装等环节逐一分析，提出了蒙牛牛奶生产中仍然存在的机械化水平不高、消毒方式不合理、牛奶成品存在问题、宣传效应低的问题并加以分析和解决。论文指出绿色生产的方式不仅可以提高产品的质量，也是对于社会负责任的行为。在消费者心中树立了绿色的形象才能提高产品的竞争优势，才能实现企业的持续发展。86782

Study on the green production of Mengniu Milk and Problem solution

Abstract This paper expounds the concept of green production,and then the application of the way of green production in Mengniu milk production engineering。The analysis of the green production of Mengniu milk is from the milk,fresh milk,the extraction of plant layout and product packaging one bye one,putting forward some problems still exist in mengniu milk production including low mechanization level,unreasonable disinfection method, milk product problems,publicity effect,and trying to analyze and solve,this article points out that products used in the green production mode can not only improve the quality of the products,but also for social responsible behavior。Only set up the green image,can we improve product competitive advantage and achieve the sustainable development of enterprises。
