摘    要随着中国酒店业不断发展，高星级酒店的不断增多。在国内酒店数量大幅增加的同时，酒店服务质量的问题也越来越突出，酒店之间竞争的重点表现为质量的竞争。本文首先对酒店服务质量相关理论做了概述。在此基础上，选择杭州大华饭店为案例，分析酒店前厅服务、客房服务、餐饮服务三个主要对客服务部门成功的质量管理方法及其存在的问题。针对问题，提出了提高高星级酒店服务质量管理水平的措施。89205

With the continuous development of China's hotel industry, high-star hotels continue to increase。A substantial increase in the number of domestic hotel at the same time,the quality of hotel service issues are more and more prominent,competition between hotels focus on the performance of the quality of competition。This paper first summarizes the theory of hotel service quality。On this basis, select the Hangzhou Dahua Hotel for the case, and analysis three main customer service department including lobby service, room service, catering service for successful quality management and its problems。In view of the problem, put forward measures to improve the quality of service high-star hotel。
