摘要：药房作为便民设施，为许多人的生活带来了便利。药房的运营管理模式不仅关系到一家药店的发展，同时也关系着为群众提供更大的便利。本文通过对药店人事，商品等方面的研究，找出了合肥市松鹤大药房目前在运营管理方面的不足并进行优化，同时找出合肥市松鹤大药房在运营管理方面的优势并进行分析。
