科技型员工创业能力评价研究

摘要以科技型员工的创业能力作为评价研究内容，首先陈述国内外研究现状，针对科技型员工创业的优劣势和科技型员工创业能力的定义对其内涵进行了界定；在这个基础之上，从创业能力评价的两种理论框架：创业自我效能、创业自我评估中选取六个指标维度，即机会识别能力、机会开发能力、组织管理能力、战略能力、关系能力、承诺能力。运用层次分析法，构建层级模型，给出正互反对比矩阵，得出相对权重，构建了对科技型员工创业能力评价指标体系。结合指标体系，运用模糊综合评价法构建了最终的评价方法，得出定量的创业能力，并给出了应用该指标体系评价科技型员工创业能力的演示过程。50820

Study on Evaluation of Entrepreneurial Ability of Science Technology Works

Abstract

Science and technology workers entrepreneurial ability evaluation as the research content, first stated the domestic and international research status, according to the definition of science and technology workers entrepreneurial advantages and technological workers entrepreneurship defines its connotation; on this basis, from the two theoretical framework of entrepreneurial ability evaluation: entrepreneurial self-efficacy, select six index dimensions of entrepreneurial self assessment, namely the opportunity recognition ability, the opportunity to develop ability, management ability, strategic ability, ability, commitment ability by using the analytic hierarchy process, constructing a hierarchy model, give positive reciprocal comparison matrix, the relative weight, construction of science and technology workers entrepreneurial capability evaluation index system. With the index system, sets up the evaluation method of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the quantitative demonstration of the process of entrepreneurship, and gives the evaluation index system of science and technology workers entrepreneurial ability.

1.1 研究背景
