摘 要 改革开放以来，我国经济的迅猛发展举世瞩目。由于当前国内外经济负面因素的影响，我国整体经济出现了降速的情况。我国经济过度依赖投资和出口的弊端凸显。为了促进我国经济内部发展平衡和产业发展升级，实现我国经济“软着陆”，进一步落实我国经济又好又快发展，加快转变经济发展方式，调整经济结构势在必行。从我国经济实际出发，通过严谨的数据分析制定有效合理的政策措施，是一项重大课题。
本文分五个部分。第一章阐述研究背景和意义，并梳理了主要框架和研究方法。第二章主要对我国经济结构和经济增长的情况的现状进行阐述，对三次产业分别进行产值分析。第三章回顾了国外发达国家经济转型的案例并对我国当前经济转型情况进行了对比分析。第四章通过计量模型进行了实证分析。最后一章对实证分析进行了总结并给出了相关建议。85431
本文主要结论如下：第一，我国已经初步实现了第二产业到第三产业的转型。第二，第三产业正逐步取代第二产业成为我国国民经济的支柱产业。第三，第三产业和经济增长存在正相关关系，推动经济结构调整升级，发挥第三产业的作用利于国民经济可持续发展。

Abstract
The reform and opening up policy brought china’s economy into rapid development, achievement have attracted worldwide attention 。 However , because of external and internal reasons, the rate of China’s economy growth is slowing down。 The drawback of over-dependence on investment and exports appears。 In order to promote China’s economy developing and upgrading industry comprehensively，realizing China’s economy “soft landing”, to further imply sustainable development policy, economical structural adjustment is critically important。 According to China's economic reality, through rigorous data analysis to develop effective and reasonable policy measures, is a major issue。源Q于W优H尔J论K文M网WwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ75201.,8766
This paper is pided into five parts。 The first chapter clarifies its background , significance , framework and methods。 In the second chapter, the structure and condition of China’s economy are introduced。 The third part reviews the case of economic transformation of developed countries abroad and made a comparative analysis of China's current economic transformation。 The fouth chapter gives a analysis through econometric model。 The final part is a summary of the results of the paper and proposes some reasonable suggestions。
The main conclusion of this paper are as follows。 First, China has initially achieved the transformation of the secondary industry to the tertiary industry。 Second, The tertiary industry is gradually replacing the secondary industry as a pillar industry of China's national economy。 Third, tertiary industry and economic growth is a positive correlation, to promote economic restructuring and upgrading, play the role of the tertiary industry is important to sustainable development of China’s economy。
