摘要：农民工返乡创业是金融危机背景下出现的新的时代产物。2008年的世界范围内的金融危机导致沿海地区和发达城市许多劳动密集型企业陷入困境，甚至面临倒闭，继而掀起了一股全国范围内的农民工返乡潮。而继2008年以来，基于对解决农村劳动力就业问题，新农村建设和城镇化建设问题等方面的重大意义，返乡农民工创业成了学术界关注的一大焦点。本文以衢州市开化县为例进行了调查研究，选取了县内几个典型乡镇就返乡农民工创业问题进行了深入的调查和走访，意在根据开化县返乡创业农民工的具体情况，试探性地提出一些针对性建议，为推动本县返乡农民工创业，新农村建设和城镇化建设贡献一份力量。85440
