摘要：互联网的普及，移动端app的出现，让更多O2O商业模式下的企业得到了更快速的发展，盈利模式也是资本市场甄别这类企业的优劣、获利发展的关键。如今O2O盈利模式下滴滴出行软件不断发展壮大。本文是在查找大量数据和翻阅众多文献资料的基础上，以滴滴出行为例，对打车软件O2O盈利模式进行分析，随后针对交通安全隐患、资源配置不合理等方面问题提出针对性的的建议和对策，以期能促进打车软件的可持续健康发展。93256
