Design general description

This design my topic is the annual output of the yellow copper plate with the workshop process design. Topics include: determine the product outline design of the workshop; select the production plan, make the process of product design; selection of main and auxiliary equipment and technicla performance parameters; rolling schedule design of the product design; calculation parameters; check mill strength and motor power; draw roll force diagram and bending moment diagram, rolling rhythm figure, roll and shop floor layout technology; check the auxiliary equipment; check workshop mainly economic and technical indicators and design capabilities.

In instructor led on in Shanghai Aluminum Copper Co., Ltd. was for a period of 2 weeks of production practice, know about the design of related equipment, process flow, and workshop layout situation, let me have a preliminary understanding of the design. After the end of internship, under the teacher's help, I first in the campus net library access related literature (18 Chinese literature and 2 Foreign Literature), to recognize the copper strip industry background, market analysis, to understand the progress of the work of design, and complete the design proposal. At the beginning of design, determine the outline of 10 workshop design products and the choice 2 products as the design calculation of product, and to determine the products delivery; according to the principle and characteristics of production plan with rolling method; and then to determine the initial products of the production process, in the next in the course of the deformation regime ultimately determine the process, as follows:

(1) H62 yellow copper production process:

Coiling, milling, rough rolling, intermediate annealing, pickling, rolling, casting, proportioning, smelting, heating and hot rolling,intermediate annealing, pickling, rolling, cleaning, surface finishes, finished product inspection and packaging and storage。

This design selects H62 brass, national standard 2059-2010 GB/T, the main component is 62% of copper, 0.15% iron, 0.08% of lead, 0.5% of impurities, the margin of zinc, the product uses for radiator plate.

The size of raw materials is 170 * 630 * 5100mm, the finished product size is 1 * 500 * 2000mm, and the delivery condition is Y state.

(2) H90 brass strip production process:

Batching - smelting, casting billet, heating, hot rolling and coiling, surface milling, rolling, annealing, pickling, rolling, and final annealing, fine whole, and finished product inspection, packaging storage

This design selects the H90 brass, the national standard 2059-2010 GB/T, the main component is 90% copper, 0.1% iron, 0.03% lead, 0.3% impurities, the margin of zinc, the product uses for the automobile water tank belt.

The size of raw materials is 170 * 630 * 5100mm, the finished product is 0.5 * 400mm (volume), and the delivery condition is M state.

The calculation process system is formulated, including smelting process, deformation system, speed system, temperature system and tension system.
