摘要本课题针对高强铝合金机器人双面双 TIG 弧自动立焊焊接过程, 基于 USB-4711 和过程控制技术,构建了焊接参数采集硬件系统。并设计开发了基于 LabVIEW 虚拟仪器平台的 USB-4711 焊接参数采集测试软件系统,主要包括 DSAW(Double-sided arc welding)焊接过程参数动态采集软件和质量评估软件,进 而完成了机器人 DSAW 焊接过程监控系统。针对高强铝合金机器人双面双 TIG 弧 自动立焊焊接过程进行试验与分析,监控焊接过程的电参数和焊接的稳定性,初 步评估焊接质量,最终实现机器人双面双 TIG 弧自动立焊焊接过程的动态监控。68486

Monitoring system of Double-solid arc welding robot welding process research
Abstract
The main topic for the process of high strength aluminum alloy Double-sided stand arc welding robot automatically based on USB-4711 and process control technology, welding parameters acquisition hardware system is constructed. We have designed and
developed the USB — 4711 welding parameters acquisition software system which
depended on the LabVIEW virtual instrument platform,The system includes DSAW welding process parameters dynamic acquisition software and quality evaluation software.Summary,we finished the robot DSAW welding process monitoring system.In order to achieve dynamic robot DSAW welding process monitoring,We test and analysis the welding process of high strength aluminum alloy Double-sided stand arc welding robot automatically , monitoring of electrical parameters and stability of the welding process and assessing the quality of welding.
