    摘要: 随着时代的发展,企业的员工已经不仅仅关注物质方面的激励,他们更加注重精神上的满足。而新生代员工作为现在企业发展当中的主力军,他们的个性特征和需求与60后,70后有明显的不同,除了金钱激励以外,他们更加地关注他们在工作当中获得的幸福感。所以,如何有效地管理他们,成为企业发展的一个重大课题,因此针对性的研究新生代员工的幸福感对于进一步提高他们的工作绩效有重要作用。21374
    早在上个世纪学者就对主观幸福感进行了大量的研究,随着人们对生活质量关注的不断提高,学者们正在逐渐丰富对于幸福感的研究。员工幸福感是一种综合性的心理指标,是个体对其工作生活质量的整体性评价,包括情感体验和对生活的满意感。研究表明员工幸福感显著影响其工作绩效。而作为企业主力军的新生代员工,他们的幸福感对于企业的发展至关重要。
    近几年新生代员工幸福感成为学者和企业关注的焦点,但是关于新生代员工的研究还不多,关于新生代员工幸福感的研究则更少。本文结合了新生代员工的成长环境,总结他们的个性特点,并借鉴前人关于新生代员工与员工幸福感的研究与结论。通过问卷调查的方式对新生代员工幸福感现状进行调查并对调查数据进行统计分析。
    本论文通过总体幸福感量表来调查当代新生代员工幸福感现状,并对调查数据进行统计分析来发现新生代员工幸福感出现问题,然后再提出有效可行的方法来提高员工的幸福感。调查发现,新生代员工对于健康和未来都比较担心,而在情绪,行为和精力的控制上都比较好。所以企业要提高新生代员工幸福感,主要应该从消除新生代员工对健康的担心和未来的怀疑出发。针对调查的结果,本文也提出了相关的提升意见。

    A Research on Well-being of The New Generation Staff
    Abstract: With the development of times, the company's employees have not only concerned about the material aspects of motivation, they pay more attention to spiritual satisfaction. As the new generation staff have become the main force of enterprises, they share different personality traits and needs to 60’s and 70’s generation. In addition to monetary incentives, they are more concerned about the happiness they get them at work. So, how to manage them effectively has become a major issue of enterprise development. Therefore, happiness targeted for further study on the new generation staff is important to improve their job performance.
    Early in the last century, scholars have done a lot of research on SWB. As people concern about the quality of life constantly improving, scholars are increasingly abundant research on happiness. Employees’ well-being is a comprehensive psychological indicator, an inpidual evaluation of their overall quality of working life which includes emotional experience and satisfaction of life. Studies show that employees’ well-being affect their work performance significantly. As the new generation staff is becoming the main force of enterprise gradually, their happiness is crucial for the development of enterprises.
    In recent years, the well-being of the new generation staff well-being has become a focus among scholars and enterprises. However, research on the new generation staff is not much, and much less on well-being of the new generation staff. In this paper, concerning about the growing environment of the new generation staff, summarize their personality traits, reference to the previous studies and conclusions about the new generation staff and employee well-being. We investigate the status quo of the new generation staff well-being by using questionnaire. Then, I add up and analysis the survey data.
