摘要: 周庄古镇历史悠久，自然文化资源丰富，民风民俗独特，是最早发展民宿产业的 多个古镇之一。自 2015 年，昆山被列为“民宿联盟”第二站，民宿业发展更是如火如荼 地进行着；自 1989 年至今，由最开始的几家民宿发展到目前的上百家民宿，取得了一定 的成绩。但是在快步发展的同时，也遗留了少许隐患。民宿本身的质量、特色、经营者 的理念以及市场环境下民宿价格等方面均有问题，有所欠缺。通过分析周庄古镇发展民 宿存在的优势及现状，并发现存在的问题，给出尽可能合理的建议，在保证周庄古镇旅 游业兴盛发展的前提下，改善民宿产业，为周庄古镇民宿业进一步发展提供理论帮助。85886
