摘要:随着近年来我国物流行业的高速发展,物流行业的进入门槛较低。人才的竞争就是国家的竞争,企业的竞争。而我国物流人才普遍综合素质不高,物流人才缺乏,特别是复合型人才更是受到企业的青睐。企业如何才能留住现有人才,吸引外来人才就成为了物流企业制胜的关键,因此,对物流企业人才的现状分析研究意义是重大的。本文首先通过文献法了解国内外的概况,再从人才的基本概念延伸到物流人才上,对我国现在物流人才定位有一定的了解。然后从物流企业人才的供需、人才的使用、人才的流动及人才的培养现状进行分析,了解我国物流人才的整体的一个现状,再从具体的企业出发,对JF物流企业人才的现状进行分析,找出具体的问题,针对公司的问题提出改进的建议。本文在创新方面运用了冰山模型来改进公司的招聘不完善的现状。
