摘要：我国的饭店行业虽然发展速度快，但是由于起步晚且相关法规政策不完善,使得饭店业诚信缺失的现象愈发严重,我国的饭店业诚信体系存在较多问题。饭店如若希望长期生存发展下去，就一定要建立一个完善的诚信体系，树立好属于该饭店的优质诚信品牌。我国在建立饭店业诚信体系的过程中，必须从规范管理企业内部人员和整治外部环境两大方面来入手，在企业内部建做好诚信文化教育，形成诚信服务精神；于外部大环境建立健全相关法律及行业规范、并且将其严格贯彻落实，从而使我国饭店业的诚信体系得到重新建设。

Abstract：Hotel industry of China is in rapid growth , however , the phenomenon that lacking of integrity is increasingly serious and the integrity of our hotel industry system has been caught in a vicious circle has appeared ,which ascribe to the late start and the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect.All of the problems required to be resolved urgently If the hotel hopes to long-term survival and development, we must establish a sound credit mechanism, set up a good quality of the hotel's brand integrity. China in the establishment of the hotel industry integrity system in the process, we must standardize the management of internal staff and remediation of the external environment to start two aspects of the enterprise within the integrity of culture to do a good job, the integrity of the spirit of service; in the external environment to establish a sound correlation Legal and industry norms, and its strict implementation, so that the integrity of our hotel industry system will be re-constructed.
