摘要:我国经济发展已经进入新的历史征程,大学生就业受到政治、经济、文化和教育的影响越来越明显。在我国实施“一带一路”“21世纪海上丝绸之路”战略后,我国各行各业发生了很大改变,同时也直接影响着工程管理专业的毕业生的就业。2017年我国大学毕业生的数量为795万。预计2018级全国大学毕业生人数将达到820万,比去年大学毕
业生多25万。中国连续17年高校毕业生人数在不断增长,就业压力不容小觑。有目共睹,影响大学生就业的因素很多,而且是多层次、多角度的,那么进行因素分析必须具备真实性、客观性以及全面性。工程管理专业学生就业前途怎样?工程管理专业学生就业发展难的原因具体有哪些呢?我们运用数据分析模型深刻分析并且挖掘工程管理毕业生就业影响因素,在数据分析的后提出相应对策,改变大学生就业状。
本文主要通过分五个部分进行阐述。第一部分为绪论,阐述本了文选题的背景和意义、介绍工程管理专业就业现状、研究的内容及方法;第二部分是国内外研究现状、用人单位确定薪资的研究、方法第三部分是从招聘网站上对相关数据信息进行收集与处理,并简单介绍数据;第四部分介绍薪资影响模型、将收集整合的数据利用分析软件进行统计与分析、建立模型,分析模型后提出相应建议与对策;第五部分则是对全文进行总结。

Analysis of Employment Situation and Influencing Factors of Engineering Management Major
Abstract:The economic development of our country has entered a new historical journey, and the employment of undergraduates has been increasingly influenced by politics, economy, culture and education. After China implemented the "Belt and Road" and "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" strategy, all walks of life in China have undergone major changes. At the same time, it has also directly affected the employment of engineering management graduates. In 2017, the number of university graduates in our country was 7.95 million. It is expected that the number of 2018 national university graduates will reach 8.2 million, which is 250,000 more than last year's university graduates. The number of college graduates in China has been increasing for 17 consecutive years and employment pressure cannot be underestimated. It is obvious to all that there are many factors that affect the employment of university students, and they are multi-level and multi-angle. Therefore, the analysis of factors must be truthful, objective, and comprehensive. What are the career prospects of engineering management students? What are the specific reasons for the difficulty in employment development for engineering management students? We use the data analysis model to profoundly analyze and explore the influencing factors of graduate employment in engineering management. After the data analysis, we propose corresponding countermeasures to change the employment status of university graduates.
This article is mainly elaborated in five parts. The first part is the introduction, expounding the background and significance of this paper's topic selection, introducing the current employment situation of engineering management profession, the content and methods of the research; the second part is the research status at home and abroad, the research and method of determining the salary of employing units, the third part is Collect and process relevant data information from the recruitment website, and briefly introduce the data; the fourth part introduces the salary impact model, collects and integrates data using analysis software for statistics and analysis, establishes a model, analyzes the model, and proposes corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
