区域高校的专业设置往往不能随着区域经济建设与社会发展变化而调整，存在着专业设置陈旧、结构不合理、培养规格单一等问题。上海普遍高校科技物力资源增长缓慢，资源不足与闲置并存；科技人力资源结构性矛盾突出。因此对高校进行分类指导，建立适合地方高校发展的科学的评价方法，创建三个平台，增强科研创新能力，优化专业结构以适应社会需求，将科研成果转化于社会服务，促进高校正确定位迫在眉睫。

The Research of Local Universities Serving The Regional Economic Social Development: Based On Cases of Multiple Colleges
Abstract: Colleges and universities are important supports for the construction of national innovation system, local colleges and universities rely on the construction of regional innovation system.
