摘要：随着经济科技的高速发展，我国高楼大厦一幢幢拔地而起，带动了建筑业的蓬勃发展，因此也呈现出了许多问题，许多工程项目施工质量不符合要求导致最终较大质量事故的发生，施工质量的一系列问题影响了建筑业乃至国家的发展。论文的主要写作思路主要是提出问题、分析问题、研究问题和解决问题。根据国内外文献分析目前我国施工现场质量管理的现状并，提出国内施工企业现场质量管理存在的各种各样的问题，分析各类影响施工质量的因素，其中包括工人员因素，材料管理因素，机械设备管理因素，外部环境因素，各个因素对工程项目质量的影响程度不尽相同，得出最具影响力的因素为人员因素，因此本论文详细分析了各层级人员的工作职责，从最高的决策层到管理层再到具体施工项目上的执行层施工人员，制定了相关施工人员职业能力考核体系，从各个方面对其进行定期考核并提出自己的意见。42340
由于我国现行的施工质量管理缺乏全过程细致综合管理的意识，因此建立相关的施工现场质量管理体系是十分必要的，建立严谨的，完善的，科学的质量管理体系，从了解业主的需求到最终的项目竣工验收交付使用阶段的全过程管理，进行实施，监控以及纠正，满足业主的真正需求，其中包括三层次：质量管理体系总体方针的制定，施工阶段的质量控制以及竣工验收阶段的管理。
最后通过PDCA循环系统阐述施工企业如何进行现场质量管理，从编制相关建筑工程项目质量计划，具体施工过程中如何进行施工控制，分部分项工程如何进行相关监督检查工作，并将先前的质量管理经验应用到今后的实际操作中去，发现施工过程中存在的问题，分析该问题，讨论并解决问题，总结经验的一个过程。

Site Quality Management Research Of Construction Enterprises
Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, science and technology, blocks of high-rise buildings have sprung up in China, driven by the rapid development of the construction industry, the quality of many engineering project construction does not conform to the requirements ultimately lead to larger quality accidents, a series of problems in construction quality affect the construction industry and national development. The main idea of this paper is to raise questions, analyze problems, research problems and solve problems. According to the domestic and foreign literature to analyze the present situation of our country's construction site quality management and put forward all kinds of on-site quality management problems of domestic construction enterprises, analyze various factors which affecting the construction quality, including the personnel construction factors, material management, equipment management factors, external environmental factors, the degree of influence of each factor on the quality of the project is not same, the most influential factors is the personnel factor. This paper detailed analysis of all levels of staff duties, from the highest decision-making level to the management layer and execution layer, making rating system from all aspects of the regular assessment , and put forward my own opinion.
Due to the lack of awareness of the whole process of detailed comprehensive management in China's current construction quality management, the establishment of the construction site quality management system is very necessary, through the establishment of strict, complete, scientific quality management system, from the understanding of the owner's needs to the final project completion and acceptance of the delivery stage of the whole process of management, implementation, monitoring and correcting, meet the real needs of owners, including three levels: making quality management plan, the construction phase of the quality control and completion acceptance stage of management.
